Communication with the staff is really easy and quick. make sure to have the SHOP app so you can track the package. There was a delay on shipping to USA due to Korean holiday per shop but staff was very friendly and kept me updated. Everything is packaged well. Now i can enjoy and rep 2ne1 on my bags :-).

I really love the new colors for the TAMTAMI keyring! Now in Silver and Black! Items were official! Also well packed and shipped really FAST! Thank you!
