Shipping policy

  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. For countries where automatic shipping calculations are difficult, shipping will be marked as unavailable during checkout. Please contact us so we can manually set shipping rates for you to make an order.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 4~5 working days. Products released outside of Korea and rare items may take longer.

  • If your order includes pre-order items, shipping will start once the pre-order items are released.

  • Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

  • For FEDEX, if you enter an incorrect address, a $15 address correction fee will be charged.
  • FOR PH CUSTOMERS
    - After ordering, the product takes about 4 weeks from Korea to arrive in the Philippines by cargo ship.

    - Once the item arrives in the Philippines, the customer will be contacted, and the order will be delivered via the shipping method chosen when ordering.

    - There is also a fast delivery service using FedEx that takes 2-3 days. The shipping fee starts from 1,000 PHP. The provincial area can be charged more. Please contact us to get the exact shipping costs. Note: Custom fees cost 1,000 PHP regardless of item value, which will be paid by the customer upon delivery.
