Shipping policy

- WE SHIP WORLDWIDE. For countries where automatic shipping calculations are difficult, shipping fee is set to 200 USD. Please contact us so we can manually set shipping rates for you.

- Orders are usually shipped within 3~4 working days. Products from out of Korea (Japan and China) may take longer.

- We will contact you if delivery is delayed due to product supply issues.

- If your order includes pre-order items, shipping will start once the pre-order items are released.

- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

- For FEDEX, if you enter an incorrect address, a $15 address correction fee will be charged.
