  • An order can be canceled without a fee if not paid.

  • Cancellation fee is 10% of total payment is canceled before the order is ready to ship.

  • Cancellation fee is 30% of total payment is canceled after the order is ready to ship.

  • Cancellation may be denied for items that are difficult to resell or are rare.
