Refund policy

- Returns due to the customer's change of mind or incorrect size are not possible.

- Refunds or returns are accepted only if the product is defective, and an Unboxing Video is required.

- If the product is defective, it will be exchanged after Seoul Terrace receives the defective item.

- If exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed.
