RETURNING AN ITEM REQUEST

This is a reminder regarding your return request. Once your return request has been confirmed, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

To ensure your return is processed successfully, please follow these instructions:

  1. Arrange a FedEx pickup or drop-off. Contact your local FedEx office to schedule a pickup, or visit the nearest FedEx location to drop off your package. Please bring the item with the return shipping label attached.
  2. Request a FedEx Extra Large PAK. When arranging your return, please ask FedEx for a new Extra Large PAK (FedEx packaging) to pack the item.
  3. Pack the item properly. The item must be unused and returned in clean, like-new condition. Place it inside the FedEx PAK, ensure there is no unnecessary extra space or air inside, and seal the package securely.
  4. Print and attach the return label. Please print the return shipping label we provide and attach it securely to the package.

Important Reminders

  • When contacting FedEx, please provide the tracking number we will send you.
  • If the return requirements are not met, a deduction may be applied to your refund, or your return may not qualify for a refund.
  • We understand that you have already paid customs duties and taxes for your original shipment. Please rest assured that we will cover any customs duties and taxes incurred for the replacement shipment.
